[v] love movies. They are dreams projected on a big screen for our entertainment. And just like dreams, they are good, bad, memorable but also downright horrible sometimes. But the same stories, the same styles and also the same faces can make these grand dreams commit the biggest crime – they become boring.

But 2012 brings with it a lot of new faces to look up to. Oh, so you want a list? Good thing [v] got one:-

Varun Dhawan: David Dhawan’s younger son makes his debut in Karan Johar’s romantic ‘Student of the Year’. Does the comic talent travel through the genes? We’ll find out.

Parineeti Chopra: She is the cousin of another Bollywood heartthrob Priyanka Chopra and has already made an impression with a strong performance in ‘Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl’. Up next in ‘Ishaqzaade’.

Amy Jackson: This hottie is already an established model and has done a couple of movies down south. She makes her Bolly debut with Prateik in “Ek Deewana Tha”

Tiger Shroff: Jackie Shroff’s kid. Has been around for a while. Was supposed to be launched by Subhash Ghai. The word on the filmi street is that he will now be launched by the perfectionist himself -Aamir Khan.

Ileana D’cruz: No relation to Penelope Cruz. Ileana is already an established name down south. She makes her debut under the capable hands of Anurag Basu in ‘Barfee’. Helps to have established names like Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra as co-stars.

Gulshan Devaiah: After already making a forceful impression in 2011 with intense performances in ‘Shaitaan’ and ‘The girl in yellow boots’, Gulshan is an actor who many industry wallahs will have an eye on this year.
