2012 is here! And you’re thinking “Well, Duh!” and you’re right but 2012 brings with a truckload of awesome movies to look forward to. It looks like a good year to get the ticket, buy that popcorn and settle down that bum on a cosy little seat at your nearest multiplex.

Ready? Here we go:

1. Agneepath : Hrithik Roshan has a go at Amitabh Bachhan territory in this Karan Johar produced flick. The trailers look promising and [v] think this might be the years first blockbuster.

2. Shanghai : The next offering from Dibakar Bannerjee – the maker of cult classics like Khosla ka Ghosla, Oye Lucky Lucky Oye and LSD who teams up with Abhay Deol again. What’s not to like? Uhh…Emraan Hashmi is in it too, maybe we spoke too soon.

3. Agent Vinod : Saif Ali Khan gets into full action mode and gets ready to spy like you ain’t never seen spying before in his pet production venture. Oh yes, his beloved Kareena Kapoor is in the movie too!

4. Talaash : Aamir Khan graces us with his presence in front of the camera after a long time. Enough said.

5. The Dark Knight Rises : BATMAN! CHRISTOPHER NOLAN! LAST MOVIE IN THE TRILOGY! WATCH!

Other movies to look forward to : Ferrari ki Sawari, Paan Singh Tomar, Gangs of Wasseypur, The Avengers,  Rowdy Rathore,Barfee, Dabangg 2, The Hobbit.
