Party Nights!

Surfing through the channels in mere frustration, thanks to the fact that they give us more knowledge about Rakhi Sawant and less about the things which we should actually be knowing, I was thinking of a night out with my jingbang!
And a night out in our college life cannot be complete without a party at the best disc in town. So while fighting with the television remote and getting frustrated with the TV and the fact that there is nothing worth watching when you have all the time in the world, I started adding more and more people to the party list in my mind. The increase in the channels and my party list had a ‘direct relationship’ just like in “Economics”…..remember?
Finally after equating the girl-guy ratio on the list, to sort the entries out, I started to call a couple of friends to not ask, but tell them about the night plan! Somehow they seemed to be as excited as I was about the whole thing. Everyone kept calling each other up to confirm whether they are coming, and to convince the others who weren’t, which was pretty much what the evening was all about. The evening passed by and it was time to get out of the house with a little extra money in our pockets, I hope you understand for what! ;-)
All the guys made sure that we met up at Gokul @ Colaba! We set out in the black and yellow fleet of cars for a club far inside Colaba. The girls from the group were impatiently waiting and cursing us for making them stand outside in their high heels. As soon as we got out of the cabs everyone started to look at each other asking—“Are the entries sorted?” because none of us can afford to spend 1500 bucks which is by the way the amount of pocket money we get, straight in one night’s time! After giving the confident fake 21-year old look and getting the stamp on the wrist everybody ran in and started to groove with the music.
We were ten of us out of which I knew nine and was introduced to the tenth one that night who was my friend’s cousin from Bhatinda, Punjab. I couldn’t really get her name because of the loud music in the background but she definitely had a blast that night! Just like we always do, we started dancing to the music with all the possible funny steps we could think of. The Bhatinda cousin had one eyebrow up throughout, wondering what these mad maniacs were upto. We even heard her saying, "these guys are gonna be lying flat on the floor in no time with their bloodshot red eyes". I thought to myself with a smile, “it’s all thanks to Gokul".
The place started to get crowded and we all came a little closer giving all the other dancing couples a chance to grind with each other, due to which the Bhatinda cousin’s innocent face turned red with embarrassment!
Finding our way to the washroom was like playing dodgeball and we sure deserved a medal for reaching the washroom in a jiffy even as the place was jam packed and the space right outside the washroom was occupied by the couples who couldn’t control their raging hormones that night. The Bhatinda cousin finally entered the washroom where she saw a long queue of women all waiting to pounce on the basin to lighten themselves. As soon as she came out, I could see a transformed Bhatinda cousin who finally let her hair down on the dance floor and left us startled. As though playing dodgeball was not enough, soon something else grabbed our attention. We saw this tall, heavy built guy pushing our friend Akhil, because he thought that Akhil (the sweetest, most innocent and I love my girl too much to look at anyone else sort of a guy) had brushed his girlfriend. We could barely do anything and in no time the Bouncers bounced Akhil and the Macho guy out of the club. This wasn’t the end. It was as though the night had made up its mind to make us feel like losers, after this episode we saw our friend Craig being thrown out too and this time the Bouncers didn’t ask him to leave but threw him out right away!
